Tyramine Adsorption Using the Modification of Takari Natural Sand-Based Silica with Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA)

In this article, we use a batch method to convey tyramine adsorption by modifying Takari natural sand-based silica with BSA and adsorption. The research stages include the optimization of adsorbent mass, pH, temperature, determination isotherm model, thermodynamic parameters concentration was determined using UV-Vis. characterizations carried out were functional groups FT-IR surface morphology SEM. results characterization demonstrated success modification, as observed in C-H, N-H, C-N groups, which are typical BSA. SEM image SiO2@BSA before revealed unevenly sized particles, uneven distribution, agglomeration, leading larger particles. SiO2@BSA-tyramine appeared be more uniform, exhibiting smoother shape slightly surface. optimum pH 5 (qe=11.74 mg/g), temperature 303 K (qe= 2.47 mg/g). study showed that adhered Redlich-Peterson model an R2 value 0.987 (qe=5.157 mg/g n =3.759). ∆Ho = 49.08 kJ/mol, ∆Go =-17.84; -20.05 -22.26 ∆So =0.22 kJ/mol.K. These indicated process on occurred endothermically spontaneously at K, physical-chemical type.
